Timothy D. Miller

Chief Executive

Advanced manufacturing controls are central to his nearly twenty years of working in the semiconductor industry. He is recognized for a passion for controls by colleagues around the globe. Tim has led and managed controls teams at fab and corporate levels (IM Flash/Micron, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Cree) and has hands-on experience with equipment ranging from early-industry 100m fabs, 200mm high-volume, and up to leading edge 300mm facilities. That experience expanded significantly by exposure to semiconductor and bio-pharma factories all over the world while managing the controls software design and marketing for Applied Materials. He pursued undergraduate and graduate Chemical Engineering studies at Brigham Young University.

Mark Reath

Staff Technical Consultant

Mark has served a singularly distinguished career in the field of equipment controls. His pioneering efforts in semiconductor equipment sensorization, fault detection, and advanced analysis were instrumental in establishing the first multi-variate factory wide run-time control implementation in the world. His Chemical Engineering background with a Masters degree from Michigan State is coupled with lifelong learning in physics and statistics focused mainly in the semiconductor field. Mark work has taken him into pharmaceuticals manufacturing as well, applying the same smart manufacturing techniques into pharma equipment and processes.
